In many of his works, Kay Walkowiak explores the historically and socioculturally defined ways of dealing with form and questions its functional positioning as a projection surface for timeless utopias. The Neuer Kunstverein Wien presents Walkowiak’s film works “Drifters” (2022), “Traces of Time” (2021), and “The Muse” (2020), created over the past four years.
